Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Adoption Ambulatory to guide clinical adoption initiatives across enterprise projects. You will oversee provider support, training, workflows, and EMR optimization, ensuring successful implementations and user readiness.

Remote-friendly role with travel up to 50% and collaboration with Medical Group Services to minimize risks and ensure high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 5 years of clinical management experience including training and EMR optimization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Medical Group Services to coordinate training issues and risks.
• Lead large implementations and resolve athena-related issues.
• Develop understanding of Lifepoint apps and workflows to train users.
• Participate in training with SuperUsers and vendors.
• Communicate daily, review software, and understand system capabilities.
• Provide go-live support for providers and staff with ongoing training.
• Define role-based workflows with clinical partners.
• Provide on-site support during peak times for go-lives and optimizations.
• Contribute to change management for fixes and enhancements.
• Conduct specialized training such as new employee orientation.
