Job summary

Generation Clinical Partners (GCP), based in St. Louis, seeks a remote, offshore athenaHealth specialist with 3–5 years of experience to support clinicians and staff in real time during CST business hours.

This role will design training, set up practices in athena, and provide ongoing documentation/compliance support across athenaClinicals, PCC, and MatrixCare. Remote, offshore, full-time contractor engagement with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on athenahealth experience with strong depth in athenaClinicals.
• Experience designing and delivering in-depth clinical training programs.
• Working knowledge of clinical documentation and compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main support for clinicians and staff on athena primarily; PCC and MatrixCare as secondary tools.
• Train new clinicians in athena workflows and practice processes (digital on-calls, voice-to-text, census).
• Set up new practices, locations, and departments in athena as we expand states.
• Structure and manage targeted training, new releases, and compliance/quality metrics.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance; identify training needs.
• Be available via Google Meet and athenaText for real-time support.
• Assist with Promoting Interoperability and other ACO initiatives.
