Job summary

athenahealth is seeking an Onsite Training Associate to join the athena Onsite Training team within Customer Success. You will become an expert in athenaNet and deliver best-in-class onsite and remote training during client go-lives, guiding users to maximize adoption and value.

Requires strong relationship building, flexible travel (up to 90%), and the ability to coach end users across multiple product families. Travel-heavy, fast-paced role with diverse client sites across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Experience training and assessing training needs; creating materials; measuring results.
• Exposure to revenue cycle or EHR/EMR in sales, services, or implementation for healthcare providers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate go-live experience at client sites and act as go-to expert for athenaNet.
• Conduct on-site and remote training sessions and provide coaching for end users.
• Deliver remote go-live support and provide provider coaching to optimize workflows.
• Prepare training content, review deliverables, and manage travel logistics for projects.
• Support in-office projects, including mock go-lives and pre-live work.

Education
