Reporting to the Associate Director of Learning & Development, you will own onboarding, new-hire training, and content development, collaborating across teams.

The role emphasizes facilitation, clear communication, and iterative improvements to boost knowledge retention and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, training, organizational development or related field.
• At least 5 years in learning and development, training, facilitation, or onboarding.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led training for new hires or candidates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with WordPress and SharePoint preferred.
• Ability to create clear training content, facilitator guides, and job aids.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging training sessions with practical examples and activities.
• Own onboarding and classroom training including refresher sessions and follow-ups.
• Deliver candidate training to prepare for assessment processes.
• Create and update learning materials, guides, and microlearning.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, rooms, and follow-up activities; track completion.
