Job summary

LBPM+Fairgrove Property Management is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design, build, and personally deliver training programs across our Southern California operations. This hands-on role partners with Property Management, Maintenance, Accounting, and Client Transitions to close skill gaps and scale learning resources while traveling to sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in learning and development, preferably in property management or real estate.
• Strong instructional design and training techniques.
• Hands-on facilitation experience, both in-person and virtual.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and cloud tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex information clearly.
• Able to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing development.
• Develop training materials, guides, and resources to enhance team capabilities.
• Organize workshops, webinars, and in-person sessions to improve performance.
• Track employee progress to optimize skill development.
• Travel between properties and corporate offices 30–40%.
• Support onboarding and ensure teams have the necessary knowledge and tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Ensure materials align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide reports and recommendations to improve training programs and learning roadmap.
