Job summary

Profit Recovery Partners in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Training & Content Manager to join the Learning & Development team. You will lead the execution, delivery, and improvement of training programs, focusing on candidate training, new hire onboarding, and content development.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Learning & Development, you will create, maintain learning resources, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, facilitation, instructional design, onboarding, or related role.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led training for new hires, employees, or candidates preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites and organizing learning resources.
• Ability to build clear, practical training content, presentations, job aids, facilitator guides, and learning resources.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging training sessions using clear instruction, practical examples, activities, and opportunities for skill practice.
• Own day-to-day delivery and coordination of new-hire onboarding and classroom training, including onboarding support, refresher sessions, and follow-up training.
• Deliver structured candidate-training sessions that prepare candidates to complete PRP's presentation-based assessment process.
• Create and update training materials, handouts, guides, presentations, microlearning, and other learning resources.
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Create, document, and communicate standard operating procedures and related process-training materials.
• Coordinate training schedules, participants, materials, rooms, and follow-up activities; track completion and attendance.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System, build/update pages, organize content, and troubleshoot issues.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements; support additional L&D initiatives.
