Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor led, virtual, blended, and self paced learning solutions.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and performance analyses.
• Translate complex concepts into engaging educational content.
• Develop curricula, facilitator guides, materials, assessments, and job aids.
• Oversee full instructional design lifecycle from analysis to evaluation.
• Supervise junior content developers and ensure quality standards.
