Job summary

Profit Recovery Partners in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking an Associate Director, Strategy Development to lead client engagements and drive revenue growth. You will oversee a book of business, guide a small team, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders to implement savings strategies across engagements.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in consulting or project management, strong MS Office skills, and proven leadership in complex, matrix organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of client-facing, consulting, or project management experience.
• 2+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills.
• Proven MS Office proficiency.
• Strong senior-level communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% in the US & Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and relationships to drive outcomes and support a high-performing team.
• Own a book of business and manage aspects of engagements during the Strategy Development phase.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives for direct or indirect accounts.
• Develop and maintain project plans with status, next steps, and forecast information.
• Disseminate project information to stakeholders and ensure inter-departmental cooperation.
• Manage multiple projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Apply industry and client insights to deliver value and meet strategic goals.
• Coach and develop a team of 1-2 employees; handle additional duties as needed.
