The role requires strong customer service, detail orientation, and willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

Candidates should have 2+ years in helpdesk, OS troubleshooting experience, and familiarity with MSP environments; valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in Helpdesk support or a similar role.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe, and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues and printer problems.
• Troubleshoot standard business applications (Office, etc.).
• Handle line-of-business applications (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) with vendor support.
• Address basic server, networking, and security issues.
• Provide Quick Fix calls and participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
• Support both onsite and remote operations as part of MSP-like environment.
