Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an Inside Sales & Contract Administrator to support sales operations, contract administration, and front-office functions onsite in Taunton, MA. This temporary-to-hire role offers hourly pay of $23-$30 depending on experience, with schedule options 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, including a lunch/break arrangement.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person; preparing proposals, quotes, contracts and related documents; tracking leads

Qualifications

• 2+ years in admin, customer service, or contract administration.
• Strong detail orientation with multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or similar business software preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare and distribute proposals, quotes, contracts, and related docs.
• Track leads, customer data, and project activity to support sales.
• Coordinate onboarding and collect contracts and compliance paperwork.
• Process orders and maintain records in ERP and internal systems.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and shipping to support orders.
• Provide administrative support including data entry and reporting.
• Answer calls, greet visitors, maintain a professional front office.
