Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a TechOps Administrator I to support a Secure Operations Center (SOC) environment delivering 24x7x365 operational support for Azure core and Office 365 platforms. This position will be onsite in Redmond, WA and requires a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph!

Responsibilities include monitoring deployment flow, coordinating with cross-functional teams during outages, and updating SOPs and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent IT training/experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive outage scenarios.
• Willingness to support 24/7 shift work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and report on operational status, escalating issues as needed.
• Identify volume drivers and coordinate with feature teams to drive fixes.
• Execute deployment scripts and documented procedures.
• Coordinate restoration actions with cross-functional teams during outages.
• Support outage restoration per SLAs and procedures.
• Document investigative and recovery actions for audit and RCA purposes.
• Identify and implement recovery actions with engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and debug system issues to mitigate disruptions.
• Update SOPs and technical documentation as needed.
• Support secure work area operations including hardware deployments and equipment troubleshooting.
