Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions in Reston, VA seeks a Cloud Support Administrator to join a 24/7 Secure Operations Center team, supporting Azure core and Office365. Onsite role requires TS/SCI with FSP clearance and strong customer service skills.

You will monitor deployments, run scripts, restore outages, document actions for audits, and coordinate with feature teams. This role demands adaptability in a classified environment and solid Windows/Linux admin and PowerShell experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance.
• 2 years operations experience providing application infrastructure support.
• 1 year system administration support (Windows/Linux).
• Experience with Powershell.
• Azure experience.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flows and elevate operational issues to deployment teams.
• Run documented deployment scripts and procedures with precision.
• Coordinate and support outage restoration actions within published SLAs.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audit and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with feature teams to identify and drive fixes and recovery levers.
• Troubleshoot and debug service outages and customer-impacting issues.
• Update SOPs and technical training documentation as needed.
• Support secure work area operations, including hardware deployments and equipment troubleshooting.
• Provide physical escort for maintenance, cleaning, and other services.
• Assist with user account provisioning, certificate issuance, and troubleshooting.
