Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and technical inquiries from schools.
• Maintain district-supported software applications and update systems.
• Assist teachers with technology integration and provide training.
• Troubleshoot issues and refer complex problems to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain records of work orders, help desk activities, and system maintenance.
