Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Over 1 year of technical support or help desk experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
• Diagnose and address hardware and software issues impacting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Aid with the setup and configuration of new equipment.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all support activities and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as necessary.
• Utilize solution articles to efficiently resolve technical challenges.
• Assist with inventory management of IT assets and related equipment.
• Ensure regular attendance and consistent availability per scheduling requirements.
• Support and uphold system standards across the organization.
• Provide on-site support at remote offices or project locations as needed.
