Job summary

Magnit Global is seeking a Technical Support Specialist II for our Reston, VA office. This on-site role focuses on deploying new computers, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software/network issues, and coordinating with subject matter experts to address client needs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of deployment experience, strong PC hardware knowledge, and familiarity with M365 and ticketing systems. Day One support and onsite resource management are key components of the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of deployments experience.
• Experience with PC hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Experience with M365 and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy new computers to customers and refurbish/redeploy hardware.
• Troubleshoot desktop user problems; resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Coordinate with SMEs to resolve proprietary applications.
• Assist Project Managers in end-to-end destination moves and upgrades, including client interviews and UAT.
• Provide Day One support and on-site resource management.
