Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar IT end-user support role in a corporate environment.
• White Glove customer service skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Highly proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and M365 Office Suite.
• Advanced-level troubleshooting in Adobe and other productivity apps.
• Intermediate skills managing Local and Azure Active Directory structures and GPOs.
• AZ-900 and AZ-104 certifications preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Experience in remote support via Bomgar/BeyondTrust and MS Teams.
• Experience with MFA setup on mobile devices and VPN connectivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Information/Security, Network Security, Firewall Administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical end-user support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Respond to requests and problems, installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading hardware/software.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure IT readiness for office relocations and new setups.
• Maintain and uphold office computer rooms, networking closets, and on-site servers.
• Identify and resolve problems, analyze information, and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain accuracy and quality of work; adapt to changing demands.
• Travel to other regional offices as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
