Clean Harbors in Rancho Dominguez/Compton, CA is seeking a Technical Services Account Manager to grow waste-management accounts and drive new business. You will lead lead generation, customer acquisition, and expansion across hazardous waste, environmental solutions, and compliance within the Long Beach/South Los Angeles territory.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, familiar with RCRA/DOT regulations, and a track record of strategic selling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B and complex sales.
• RCRA and DOT regulation training preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth across multi-site waste-management accounts.
• Prospect and develop new Technical Services accounts within assigned territory.
• Coach stakeholders and build consensus for Clean Harbors solutions.
• Strengthen relationships through contract oversight and service delivery follow-up.
