Apex Systems, Inc. is hiring two Network Operations Analysts to support a government administration client. The role is onsite in Harrisburg, PA, with potential 2nd or 3rd shift coverage.

You will handle end-user network issue support, ticketing, escalation, and coordination with engineers and vendors. Responsibilities include monitoring network health with Solar Winds, responding to outages, and maintaining incident records.

Qualifications

• Experience with incident management, call tracking, and ticketing software.
• Preferred 2+ years previous systems administrator, help desk, and/or call center experience.
• Ability to follow operation and knowledgebase documentation and procedures.
• Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls concerning network issues from Commonwealth employees and vendors.
• Create and escalate ServiceNow tickets to engineers and third-party providers for quick resolution.
• Monitor network status using Solar Winds and other tools to identify outages or degradations.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to restore service and document actions taken.
