Job summary

The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute is seeking a part-time Technology and Operations Systems Associate based at our Simi Valley, CA headquarters. The role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and requires in-office presence at least 5 days per week, including weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server platforms.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware).
• Experience in database management.
• Experience in patch management and distribution.
• High school diploma required; AA/BS preferred in CS or Network Admin.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous network stability and proactive security posture.
• Provide strategic technology consulting to end users and leadership.
• Coordinate maintenance windows to minimize museum disruption.
• Support technology for the Ronald Reagan Presidential Museum and coordinate with partners.
• Vendor management and systems documentation; cross-department coordination.
