Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for end-user devices and specialized systems, Monday to Friday.
• Support on-site Control Centers and collaborate with TO teams for incident resolution.
• Assist after-hours as needed for storm-related and 24/7 operations.
• Implement OS and system patches/updates to minimize operational impact.
• Offer consulting, assess technology needs, and identify automation opportunities.
• Educate business partners on leveraging technology effectively.
