Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for end-user devices (computers, printers, tablets, phones) at Gulfport sites.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve incidents and problems, including after-hours support when required.
• Manage system patches/updates to minimize disruption and maintain performance.
• Provide consulting and identify automation opportunities to improve workflows.
• Build relationships with business partners and act as liaison between business and IT.
