Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at local TurboTax locations across the United States, providing hands-on tax advice and preparation for personal and small business clients.

You will build local client bases, collaborate with a nationwide team, and leverage TurboTax tools to deliver end-to-end tax services and year-round financial guidance.

This role emphasizes community engagement, professional development, and a strong customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as needed.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and assist clients with questions via in-person and video tools.
