Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, with a focus on hands-on tax preparation and client advisory.

You will be the local face, building relationships and delivering end-to-end tax services for individuals and small businesses. Role includes growing the local client base, collaborating with a team of specialists, and expanding services like bookkeeping and payroll within the community.

Qualifications

• Professional tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience with 30+ federal/state returns.
• Must be able to work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM,Mon–Fri for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to train on additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be comfortable working with Intuit systems and logoed uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex cases.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing to attract and retain local clients.
