Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while developing a local client base and collaborating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem.

You will work on-site, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and help customers navigate complex tax situations while building lasting relationships and promoting Prosperity through community outreach.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week, weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and handle in-person and virtual client meetings.
