Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns at a local TurboTax site in the United States. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services, while actively growing your local client base through outreach and community events.

Role requires on-site presence, strong tax prep experience, and the ability to connect with clients as a trusted guide through various tax scenarios.

Qualificações

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax returns prepared using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
