Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax returns, provide expert advice, and support clients using TurboTax products.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions. The role emphasizes building local client relationships and growing the TurboTax footprint within your community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the U.S. and in standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and local events to raise brand awareness.
