Job summary

Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building a local client base and coordinating with a team of specialists.

You’ll be the local face, delivering end-to-end service in person and online, and helping clients navigate tax scenarios from simple to complex. Must reside in the United States and be able to work 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related regulations.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office with 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in person and virtually.
• Engage clients with clear, personalized tax guidance and planning.
