Job summary

Intuit is hiring on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers optimize refunds and plan for the year ahead.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate with a network of specialists, and guide clients to related Intuit services, delivering end-to-end support and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
