Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, aiming to grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships.

As a proactive community ambassador, you will engage with prospects, deliver local marketing efforts, and use TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.
