You’ll work with a team to support clients from simple W-2 filings to complex scenarios, growing the local client base and connecting customers with Intuit solutions. Expect a collaborative, customer‑facing role with mentorship and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Champion full Intuit ecosystem by linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
