Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations, helping clients with tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem and collaborate with specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience.

You will build a local client base, engage the community, and drive loyalty while delivering personalized service in person and through virtual channels.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a trusted local ambassador to grow the customer base and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to connect clients with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
