Job summary

Intuit seeks talented individuals for on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert roles. You will provide tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with a cross‑functional team to deliver end‑to‑end client experiences for both in-person and virtual customers.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while upholding a customer‑first approach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of 1040 tax returns prepared.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Suggest integrated Intuit solutions like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Deliver excellent in-person and virtual client experiences.
• Collaborate with tax and financial experts to ensure full financial guidance.
