Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

This on-site role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support, while expanding the local client base and collaborating with a network of Intuit specialists. You will engage with clients, understand their financial picture, and connect them with services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional services and work onsite at TurboTax offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Serve as a local face of TurboTax, coordinating with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide clients toward year-round solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and local teams to drive client loyalty and referrals.
