Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team of financial professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, delivering end-to-end tax solutions.

You will grow the local client base, cross-sell Intuit services like bookkeeping or payroll, and participate in community events to strengthen TurboTax’s presence and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using pro tax software; Circular 230 knowledge.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping or payroll advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week; hours may peak during tax season.
• Complete all training and development requirements as determined by business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and engage in grassroots marketing.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via digital tools.
