Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete preparation, and extend services across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory offerings, building strong client relationships in the local community. You will engage clients directly, use Intuit tools for accurate tax solutions, and participate in local events to grow the customer base while delivering an exceptional end-to-end

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by business; uniforms may be required.
• Interested in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert with content creation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with a broader team to address client needs across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community partnerships, with marketing support.
