Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients.

As a proactive community ambassador, you will grow the local customer base, foster relationships, and guide clients through the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and financial planning solutions.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development; uniforms; advertising use of name/picture.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships and be the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional conduct and year‑round support.
