You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert guidance, while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years, 1040 filings of 30+ per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.
• Ability to build local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Develop discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and year-round support.
• Interact with clients in-person and via video tools.
