Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts, working on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with entrepreneurial spirit and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software/products for in-person customers.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and a client-centric approach.
