You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, addressing simple to complex tax needs and connecting customers with specialist teams for comprehensive financial solutions. As a local ambassador, you will drive community engagement, grow the client base, and leverage Intuit tools to deliver end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow local client base.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert transactions into long-term partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
