Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building a local client base and driving consumer loyalty.

The role is non-exempt, onsite, and offers marketing support, a strong pay-for-performance rewards structure, and direct involvement in community events to grow TurboTax’s presence locally.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA/Attorney) and PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Ability to build local client base and engage community.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and develop long-term client relationships.
