Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to empower customers and grow a local TurboTax practice onsite.

You will work with a collaborative team of tax professionals, serve in-person and virtual clients, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week; hours may vary during peak periods.
• Willing to complete training and development as determined by the business; uniforms and branding may be required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business income scenarios.
• Identify deductions, assist with amendments, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end services.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while representing TurboTax in the community.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
