Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, in-person and virtual support, and help customers navigate tax needs.

This onsite role emphasizes community engagement, growth of local client base, and collaboration with Intuit's ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Training and uniforms provided; bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete all training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising with your name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Work with a broader team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
