Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while helping customers navigate complex tax situations and build lasting relationships.

As a trusted community ambassador, you’ll attract new clients, participate in local marketing, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Must reside in the U.S. and be eligible to work.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to deliver tax solutions.
