Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the U.S.

You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and nurturing relationships within the community. You’ll engage with customers in-person, leverage marketing support, and help them navigate tax challenges with personalized service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
