Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building relationships and growing the local client base with marketing support. Must hold active EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, and be willing to work Sundays-Saturdays for at least 20 hours weekly in a front-facing retail environment; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; candidates

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsabilités

• Be the public face of TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a focus on helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Support local marketing efforts and grow the TurboTax client base through community engagement.
