Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them maximize refunds while building local relationships.

The role requires active EA/CPA/attorney credentials, PTIN, and at least 3 years of 1040 preparation experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is plus, and a front-facing retail environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or attorney license required; PTIN must be current.
• State licenses, certificates, or bonds required or obtainable.
• Minimum 3 years of preparing 1040 federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 regulations and tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for clients.
• Meet with in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
• Assist with deductions, planning, and accurate software use for tax results.
