Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing your local client base and building lasting relationships in the community.

The role requires an active EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, and 3+ years of tax filing experience with professional software. Onsite 20+ hours weekly; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax returns filing experience with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Grow the local client base and build long-term relationships with clients.
