Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to customers with clarity and care.

In this role you will grow the local client base, build trust through personalized guidance, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience while complying with tax regulations and Intuit’s standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file tax returns.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040s using professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a retail location, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice to customers.
• Help grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
