Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building relationships with local clients to grow the TurboTax customer base.

You’ll represent TurboTax in the community, drive local outreach, and deliver a high-quality experience by combining tax knowledge with a friendly, personalized approach. Must reside in the United States.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• On-site work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Willing to build a local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team guidance.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
