Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and comprehensive tax return services at a on-site TurboTax location across the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions while building lasting client relationships and community presence.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ 1040s per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into other services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (simple to complex situations).
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
